Cancellation & Changes Policy
Refund: Anyone registering for the 100km race whose proof of proficiency credentials are not accepted will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellation and refund is only permitted with valid reason (such as injury or pregnancy supported by a medical certificate) subject to the organizer’s approval (which will ordinarily be granted provided that we are able to take a qualified substitute from our waiting list). There will be cancellation fee of HK$100 deducted from the amount paid prior to refund of the balance. All cancellation requests must be submitted by e-mail to info@seyonasia.com no later than14 November.
Deferral: Not allowed.
Transfer: Allowed from one person to another no later than 30 November, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100 plus the price difference in entry fees between the price paid and the price at the time of request.
Team Member Substitution: Allowed at any time (prior to race start), subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100.
Distance Upgrade: Allowed no later than 30 November, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100 plus the price difference in entry fees between the price paid and the price at the time of request.
Distance Downgrade: Allowed no later than 30 November, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100 without refund of the price difference in entry fees. Downgrades on race day are also allowed by surrendering the unused bib for the longer distance and paying $100 in cash to the Timing Cenre at the race venue.
