Cancellation & Changes Policy

Refund: Not allowed under any circumstances

Race switching: Allowed between future races in the 24-25 Series only no less than 10 days prior to each race, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$50 per race. 

• TaiPo Race: Please click <here> to request, allowed no later than Thu 12 Feb.
• HK Island Race: Please click <here> to request, allowed no later than Thu 13 Mar.

Transfer: Allowed from one person to another for future races in the 24-25 Series only no less than 10 days prior to each race, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$50 per race.

• HK Island Race: Please click <here> to request, allowed no later than Thu 13 Mar.

Distance Upgrade / Downgrade: Allowed at any time prior to race start, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$50 per race. Please click <here> to request online no later than registration closure at 23:59 on the last Thursday prior to the related race. Thereafter requests may be made to the Timing Centre at the Start Line on race day with $50 in cash (small notes only).
