Timing Policy


NOTE: In compliance with permit requirement, we require to track each runner’s start and finish time. Please follow carefully the steps in order to obtain a valid race result. Race results with no related check-in and check-out would not be verified.
 
  • No time will be verified without valid check in.
  • No time will be verified without valid check out; if you have checked in without checking out, the organizer will contact you via your contact number after the allowed time to verify your safety. Please pick up the call with the emergency number (95364266) on the back of the bib.
Reach us at the same number if you run into any emergency situation that requires attention.
 
1.SP Aberdeen: Check in + Start Strava + Selfie
  • Upon reaching start point, please use the check-in function at https://m.racetimingsolutions.com/check-in-out/118 , filling in your name, race number, phone number and email to start tracking. Then press “Check-in”.
  • Selfie with your bib and part of your body visible.
  • Start your GPS device – with a linked Garmin / Strava account - to start recording your track.
  • Start Running.
 
2. CP1 Dutch Lane / CP2 Barker Road Peak Tram Station: Selfie
  • Selfie with your bib and part of your body visible at the windmill and tram station respectively. 
 
3. EP HK Park Fight SARS Memorial Architecture: Stop Strava + Check out + Selfie
  • Stop your GPS device to finish recording your track.
  • Use the check-out function at https://m.racetimingsolutions.com/check-in-out/118 , filling in your name, race number, phone number and email to start tracking. Then press “Check-out”
  • Selfie with your bib and part of your body visible at the Bronze Statutes. 
 
4. Upload Result
  • When available, please upload your Strava or Garmin Record Link (please change activity access setting to “everyone”) with your best result, along with the 4 selfie photos, on the racetimingsolutions link provided in your registration email. Please upload no later than Feb 24, 2022. Results would be verified based on your ELAPSED time.
