How do I opt in? 
You will be given the opportunity to purchase Refund Protect when initially entering this event. To purchase, select the "Refundable Registration" option. To decline, select "Non-Refundable Registration".

Refund Protect is operated by the Protect Group. Race Timing Solutions (RTS) and event organizers are not in a position to answer specific questions about the service. You may refer to Refund Protect's FAQ or Terms and Conditions. It should be noted that exclusion references to China apply to mainland China but are not applicable to events taking place in Hong Kong, China. 

How may I claim a refund?
A link to the Refund Application form will be included in your registration receipt together with your booking reference which will be required to submit a claim. You may also reach the claims team by e-mail at customerexperience@refundable.me with any questions about any current refundable registrations. Claims must be submitted with 60 days of the event being held.
