Cancellation & Changes Policy
Refund:
Not allowed under any circumstances.
Deferral:
Deferral of registration to another event is not allowed.
Race Switching:
Allowed switching to another race in the Action Panda 3 Ball Trail Series Run 2025 only no less than 4 working days prior to each race, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100.
Allowed from one runner to another for the same race in the Action Panda 3 Ball Trail Series Run 2025 only no less than 4 working days prior to each race, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100. Substitutes will only receive the race bib and will not receive the basic participant pack.
Allowed at any time prior to race start, subject to payment of an administration fee of $100. Please click <here> to request online no less than 4 working days prior to each race. Thereafter requests may be made to the Timing Centre at the Start Line on race day with $100 in cash (small notes only). Team Name Change/Addition only applies to all future races associated with a race bundle but not past races.
Bib replacement:
Participants registered for multiple races will receive only one race bib. If your race bib is lost or damaged, a $100 administration fee will be charged. You can request a replacement bib at the Timing Centre at the Start Line on race day, either by paying in cash (small notes only) or by paying online using the QR code.
