Cancellation & Changes Policy
Refund:
Participants can apply for a full refund if the event is postponed by the organizers. Refunds are not allowed under any other circumstances.
Deferral:
Deferral of registration to another event is not allowed.
Transfer:
Transfer is not allowed. If the organizer makes an exception to allow transfer then the standard change request admin fee HK$50 will be applicable.
Team Name Change:
Allowed at any time prior to race start, subject to payment of an administration fee of $50. Please click <here> to request online no later than Mon 9 Jun. Thereafter requests may be made to the Timing Centre at the Start Line on race day with $50 in cash (small notes only).
