Refund:
Not allowed under any circumstances.
Deferral:
Deferral of registration to another event is not allowed.
Transfer:
Allowed Sun 2 Mar, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100. Please click <here> to request.
Distance Upgrade:
Allowed Sun 2 Mar, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100 plus the price difference in entry fees between the price paid and the price at the time of request. Please click <here> to request.
Distance Downgrade:
Allowed Sun 2 Mar, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100 without refund of the price difference in entry fees. Please click <here> to request.
Team Name Change:
Allowed at any time prior to race start, subject to payment of an administration fee of $100. Please click <here> to request online no later than Sun 2 Mar. Thereafter requests may be made to the Timing Centre at the Start Line on race day with $100 in cash (small notes only).
