Cancellation & Changes Policy
Refund:
Not allowed under any circumstances.
Deferral:
Deferral of registration to another event is not allowed.
Transfer:
Allowed no later than Sat 5 Apr for Solo entries, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100. Please click <here> to request.
Distance Upgrade:
Allowed no later than Sat 5 Apr, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100 per participant plus the price difference in entry fees between the price paid and the price at the time of request. Please click <here> to request.
Distance Downgrade:
Allowed no later than Sat 5 Apr, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100 per participant without refund of the price difference in entry fees. Please click <here> to request.
Team Member Substitution:
Allowed at any time prior to race start, subject to payment of an administration fee of $100 per participant . Please click <here> to request online no later than no later than Sat 5 Apr. Thereafter requests may be made to the Timing Centre at the Start Line on race day with $100 in cash per participant (small notes only).
Category Switch:
Switching between Solo and Team races is allowed no later than Sat 5 Apr, subject to payment of an administration fee of $100 per participant. Please click <here> to request.
