Cancellation & Changes Policy
Refund:
Not allowed under any circumstances.
Deferral:
Deferral of registration to another event is not allowed.
Race Swtiching:
Swtiching to another race in the Kailas Four Sacred Beasts 2025 Series is not allowed.
Transfer:
Allowed from one runner to another for the same race in the Kailas Four Sacred Beasts 2025 Series only no less than 4 working days prior to each race for Solo entries, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$50.
Allowed between distances in the Kailas Four Sacred Beasts 2025 Series only no less than 4 working days prior to each race for Solo entries, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$50 plus the price difference in entry fees between the price paid and the price at the time of request.
Allowed between distances in the Kailas Four Sacred Beasts 2025 Series only no less than 4 working days prior to each race for Solo entries, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$50 without refund of the price difference in entry fees.
Allowed at any time prior to race start for Team of 2 in the Kailas Four Sacred Beasts 2025 Series only, subject to payment of an administration fee of $50 per participant. Please request online no less than 4 working days prior to each race. Thereafter requests may be made to the Timing Centre at the Start Line on race day with $50 in cash (small notes only).
Switching between Solo and Team races is allowed within the same race and distance in the Kailas Four Sacred Beasts 2025 Series only no less than 4 working days prior to each race, subject to payment of an administration fee of $50 per participant.
