Cancellation & Changes Policy
Refund:
1) Refund Protect may be purchased upon initial registration to allow full refunds for any valid reasons at any time up to shortly after race day, including medical matters, travel disruption and urgent family or work commitments. Purchase of Refund Protect is not allowed after initial registration.
2) Alternatively, you may cancel for a 50% refund without giving a reason at any time up to 31 December 2024 by sending an e-mail to Race Timing Solutions. Refunds are not allowed under any other circumstances.
3) If your application to take part in one of the long distance races is rejected due to inadequate proof of proficiency, you will be entitled to a full refund with the exclusion of the 4% registration processing surcharge and Refund Protect charges (if any).
Deferral:
Not allowed.
Solo Transfer:
Allowed from one person to another at any time prior to race start, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100 plus the price difference in entry fees between the price paid and the price at the time of request. Click here to proceed.
Team Member Substitution:
Allowed from one person to another at any time prior to race start, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100. Click here to proceed.
Add / Remove Team Member:
Allowed no later than Fri 31 Jan 2025, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100 per person.Click here to proceed.
Distance Upgrade:
Allowed no later than Fri 31 Jan 2025, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100 plus the price difference in entry fees between the price paid and the price at the time of request. Click here to proceed.
Distance Downgrade:
Allowed no later than Fri 31 Jan 2025, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100 without refund of the price difference in entry fees. Click here to proceed.
Switch from Solo to Team:
Allowed no later than Fri 31 Jan 2025, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$100 per person. Click here to proceed.
