Cancellation & Changes Policy
Refund: Not allowed under any circumstances.
Deferral: Deferral of registration to another event is not allowed.
Transfer: Allowed no later than Fri 10 Jan for Solo entries, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$50. Please click <here> to request.
Distance Upgrade: Allowed no later than Fri 10 Jan for Solo entries only, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$50 plus the price difference in entry fees between the price paid and the price at the time of request. Please click <here> to request.
Distance Downgrade: Allowed no later than Fri 10 Jan for Solo entries only, subject to payment of an administration fee of HK$50 without refund of the price difference in entry fees. Please click <here> to request.
Team Member Substitution is allowed no later than Fri 10 Jan, subject to payment of an administration fee of $50. Please click <here> to request.
For category switching of Team races you may send an e-mail to info@racetimingsolutions.com for discretionary consideration no later than Sun 12 Jan, which if approved will be subject to payment of an administration fee of $50 per person.
