Deferral to other events: Not allowed

Solo Transfer:
An administration fee of HK$100 will be charged

Team Member Substitution: 
An administration fee of HK$100 per person will be charged

Distance Upgrade:
Pay entry fee difference plus an administration fee of HK$100 per person

Distance Downgrade:
An administration fee of HK$100 per person will be charged and no refund of entry fee difference

Category Change (from Solo to Team of 2/ from Team of 2 to Solo):
An administration fee of HK$100 per person will be charged
