Rules and Regulations

1. No refund of the registration fee will be provided, Race bib is non transferrable
2. The organizer has its own public liability insurance. This does not include personal accident of participants. We recommend that you have your own personal accident cover.
3. Bib is non transferrable and we do not accept changing on the category or distances.
4. Participants must complete the entire race on their own and are not allowed to accompany runners or support runners at locations other than checkpoints. Participants can purchase their own drinks or food from shops, restaurants, vendors and vending machines along the route.
5. Number bid must be visible at all times on the outside of clothing at the front.
6. If you withdraw from the event, you must inform the race officials at the closest checkpoint.
7. If you need first aid help on the course you should call organizer phone to contact event organizer who will make every effort to retrieve you.
8. Stay on the marked course. Short cuts are strictly prohibited and runners found to be using short cuts will be disqualified.
9. Littering is prohibited. Any participant found littering will incur a time penalty at the organizers’ discretion.
10. Breaking any of the rules may incur a time penalty or disqualification. Any such penalties are at the organizers’ discretion and are final.
11. Ensure your own safety and that of others. Be considerate of other trail and road users at alltimes. Take great care when crossing or running on roads. If another runner is injured or in distress, please assist. The race organizer will gladly deduct from your finishing time any time spent assisting an injured or distressed fellow runner.
12. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Event Rules, route and/or other arrangements as they deem appropriate.
13. Participants should ensure that their health conditions are suitable for the strenuous race. Runners are liable for their own safety or property loss.
14. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or cut short the event for the following reasons:
    • adverse weather conditions (such as amber/red/black rainstorm warning, No.3 or above tropical cyclone warning, thunderstorms warning)
    • landslides, rockfalls,epidemic or hill fires along the course
    • protests or blockage along the course
