Mandatory Gear :
There will be random gear checks during the event, if you are missing any item, you will incur a time penalty or disqualification.

· Headlamp/torch (with batteries)
· Mobile phone
· Capacity to carry at least 1 litre of water (water flasks/bladder)
· Some Cash / Octopus card
· A power bar / food portion
· Whistle
· Emergency space blanket or equivalent
