RULES and REGULATIONS
- Participants must be at least 18 years old on or before the event date (28 October 2023).
- During the race, participants are not allowed to use any machinery, pulleys and other auxiliary devices, and cannot rely on any external force (including passers-by, support teams or other participants) to move forward.
- During the race, participants must hang their number bibs in front of them, and clearly display their entry numbers on the front of the number bibs.
- Participants must follow the official route of the conference, and shortcuts are strictly prohibited.
- Competitors must follow by the country rules and are not allowed to throw rubbish and leave fire anywhere.
- Participants must follow by traffic rules and use pedestrian crossing facilities.
- Participants must fill out a health and liability statement on the event day; if any symptoms of discomfort or fever are found, the organizer reserves the right to ask the participant to withdraw from the race.
- Due to the safety of participants and volunteers or public health, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the competition (such as in case of bad weather) before the start of registration or during the competition, without postponement.
- Participants must agree to the Disclaimer, Personal Information Collection Statement and Privacy Policy Statement. For details, please refer to the relevant statement on the registration page.
- If any participants are found to have violated the competition rules during the event, the organizer recommends that the witnesses call the event hotline to report as soon as possible, make a written report to the organizer, and provide photos as evidence.
- Participants must agree to allow the organizer to use any form of records (including photos, videos) during the event for promotional purposes.
- If a participant withdraw from the race during the event, please notify the organizer immediately and follow the instructions, and keep the number bib to retrieve the luggage.
- If a participant violates any rules of this event, the organizer has the right to impose penalty time on the participant or disqualify the participant.
- In case of any dispute or complaint, the organizer must be notified within 15 minutes after the participant finishes the competition and provide relevant evidence. The decision from the organizer is final and there are no appeals.
- The organizer has purchased public liability insurance, but does not include personal accident insurance for participants and their support team. Participants and their support team are suggested to take responsibility for their own personal accident insurance according to their needs. If the participants leave the official route without authorization, the organizer will not bear any responsibility.
- The organizer reserves the right to change any route before or during the race due to actual road conditions or emergencies without prior notice. If emergency vehicles have to use part of the route during the race to deal with the emergency as soon as possible, the organizer may suspend the race accordingly. In any emergency, drivers must follow the instructions of the on-site staff or enforcement officials.
- Bad weather arrangement, if the Hong Kong Observatory issues tropical cyclone signal No. 3 or above, red or black rainstorm warning signal 3 hours before the assembly time on the race day, the race will be cancelled. Participants are advised to pay attention to the weather conditions and forecast the night before the race, especially pay attention to the tropical cyclone signal, red or black rainstorm warning signal that may be issued within the expected period of time. For the competition arrangement, please pay attention to the competition website / Facebook / IG announcement on the competition day.
- If there is any of the above inclement weather at the race assembly time or during the event, the event will be canceled or terminated immediately. Please pay attention to the real-time announcement of the competition.
- The organizer reserves the final right to modify and interpret all competition rules at any time.

There will be random gear checks during the event and if you are missing any item you will incur a penalty which may range from a time penalty to disqualification, depending on the severity of the breach.

1. After the registration and equipment inspection, the participants can go to the luggage handling area at the starting point. The luggage handling area opens one hour before the start.
2. Each participant can only store one piece of packed luggage at most, and the size cannot exceed 30L rucksack or equivalent capacity.
3. The organizer recommends that participants bring their own waterproof bags to pack their luggage.
4. Restricted items: fragile items and valuables. Flammable items ARE NOT ALLOWED.
5. The organizer will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by handling, transporting and storing luggage.
6. The organizer reserves the right to change the luggage storage arrangement in response to any unexpected situation or bad weather.
Arrangements in Bad Weather
Before registration
1) If the black rainstorm warning, No. 8 warning, or No. 8 or above tropical weather warning is still hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory at 9:00 on October 27, 2023, the event will be cancelled.
2) If the Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning, Tropical Cyclone Warning No. 1 or No. 3, or any other severe weather warning signal is still hoisted at 6:00 p.m. on October 27, 2023, the conference will be held on October 27, 2023 The relevant arrangements will be announced on the website and by email at 9:00 pm.
During the event
In case of bad weather during the event, the participants should go to a safe place as soon as possible, then inform the organizer of the team's location, and wait for the arrangement of the organizer. Participants should pay attention to the weather report broadcast on the radio station, or call the official hotline to inquire about arrangements in case of bad weather.
Notice
1) After the event is cancelled, it will not be rescheduled.
2) The arrangements or decisions made by the organizer are based on the safety of the participants and volunteers.
3) The organizer reserves the final right to change and interpret all decisions.
4) If the weather is bad, participants should consider their own safety and decide whether to attend.
Liability and Insurance
Each participant must take full responsibility for their own health and safety.
The organizer recommend that you and your support team members have your own personal accident insurance.
All participants accept full responsibility for their actions and participation, while acknowledging that he/she is responsible to himself and his/her team members. Physical activity requires good training and all participants must identify themselves as physically fit and fit to participate in the Wild CLUSTER. By registering to participate, you expressly agree that you are solely responsible for your activities.
