Race registration will begin at 12 noon on 2 September 2019. It will be first come, first served rather than ballot format up to our AFCD-mandated maximum entry quota. The top 3 in each category from the previous season will be offered priority registration by means of invitation beginning on 31 August. The entry fee is $900 for the entire series of four races or $250 per race.
今屆公開報名將於2019 年9 月2 日中午開始。報名形式將採用先到先得方式，而非抽籤的形式舉行。今屆賽事的參賽名額全數以公開報名形式分配，而上屆各組排名頭三位的選手可於2019 年8 月31 日開始優先報名。每分站的參賽費用為HK$250，報名系列賽全數4 個分站的參賽費用為HK$900。今屆所有分站賽期如下 :

If you have registered for a race but find that you are unable to participate, you may cancel at any time not less two weeks prior to that race and get a refund of $150. If you have registered for the entire series but unable to participate, you may cancel before the series begins and get a refund of $650. Cancellations requests should be sent to info@racetimingsolutions.com. Any slots that are vacant two weeks prior to each race will be made available for public registration at 12 noon on the Monday 13 days prior to that race. If you cancel after the refund deadline, your slot will be offered for public registration, but you will not be entitled to a refund.

Transfer  from one person to another and deferals from one race to another race are not allowed.

Distance upgrades / downgrades: allowed at any time. Please log into your profile to do so up to 48 hours prior to race start. Otherwise, you may switch distance on race day, but only prior to race start.

如在登記單場賽事後發現並未能參與，可於賽事前兩星期取消及退款港幣$150；如在登記整個系列賽後發現並未能參與，可於系列賽開始前取消及退款港幣$650，請將取消請求以電郵傳送至info@racetimingsolutions.com。任何在賽事兩星期前仍然空出的名額將會在賽事13日前的星期一中午12時公開接受登記。如於退款期限後申請退款，名額將會提供給公眾登記，款項亦不會退回。

轉讓名額結其他人及順延賽事至另一場賽事並不允許。

距離升級/降級：可隨時進行。請在比賽開始前48小時登錄您的個人帳戶進行更改。否則，您可以在比賽當天（但只能在比賽開始之前）更改距離。
