Collection of Number Bib 號碼布領取: Number bib will be distributed on the race day only. Confirmation letter will be sent via E-mail 號碼布只在比賽當日派發，確認通知書將以電郵方式通知參賽者。

Deadline 截止報名日期: 24 June 2018 2018年6月24日 (No. of participants limited to 850 名額850名，額滿即止)

Enrolment and Entry fee 報名辦法: To reduce the use of paper, the race only accepts online application. Entry fee is  HK$225 each 為支持環保，是次比賽只接受網上報名，報名費每位港幣二百二十五元。

Transportation 交通：Public green minibus No. 82 (Near B2 Exit of Tsuen Wan MTR Station) from Siu Wo Street in Tsuen Wan to the minibus terminal (Parking space is NOT available) 可在荃灣兆和街(近荃灣地鐵站B2出口)乘搭82號專線小巴至總站，現場不准泊車，請盡量使用公共交通工具。

Start and Finish 起點及終點: 200m uphill from the kiosk next to the minibus terminal 小巴總站向小食亭方向上斜步行200米

Route 路線: Along the catchwater and return at 5 km mark (flat and fast course) 沿引水道跑至5公里處折返 (全平路)

Prize 獎項: Trophy and Coupon for the top 5 winners of each category. Coupon for the 1^st:$1,000; 2^nd:$800; 3^rd:$500; 4^th:$300; 5^th:$100. 每組前五名可獲獎盃及adidas禮券分別價值港幣一千元、八百元、五百元；每組第四及第五名則可獲獎盃和adidas禮券分別價值港幣三百元及一百元。

Souvenir 紀念品: adidas running tee for each participant 每位參加者可得adidas精美比賽紀念跑衫一件。

• Baggage area will be provided and the organizer will not be responsible for any loss and plastic bag will not be provided for baggage storage. 大會將設立行李寄存區，但大會不負責任何損失及不會提供膠袋。
• Water stations will be provided at Start/ Finish/ 3.5K/ 6.5K. For the sake of environmental protection, recyclable paper cups will be used in the race. Runners are also encouraged to bring their own water container to reduce the use of paper cups. 水站設於起點 / 終點 / 3.5公里 / 6.5公里位置。為支持環保，本會將採用可循環再造紙杯，並鼓勵跑手自備水樽，以減少紙杯消耗。
• Result of the race will be announced at www.hkrunners.comand in the Facebook page of Tsuen Wan Athletic Club. 比賽成績將會在 www.hkrunners.com 網站及荃灣田徑會Facebook page公佈。
• If Typhoon No. 8 or higher Signal, Red or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted after 2:00 p.m. on the race day, the race will be cancelled. Our club operates a 'no refund' policy. Once your entry is accepted, our entry fee will not be refunded. Your entry fee is also not transferable to another applicant. If the event has to be rescheduled due to inclement weather or other reason beyond our control, your entry will be automatically carried forward to the rescheduled event, but will not be refunded. 若比賽當天下午二時後懸掛八號或以上颱風、紅色或黑色暴雨訊號，比賽將會取消。本會實行不予退款政策，報名一經接納，報名費將不予退回或轉讓給其他人。如賽事因天氣惡劣或其他原因需作改期補賽，運動員之報名將直接轉往補賽日，而不會作退款之安排。
• Souvenirs will be distributed to participants only on the race day on first-come-first-served basis. No distribution will be arranged after the race day. 比賽紀念品只在比賽當天以先到先得形式派發，比賽結束後不設補發。
