作為亞洲越野大師系列賽之一的「西貢超馬2022」將於 2022 年 10 月 23 日在西貢郊野公園舉行。
賽事沿途經過多個景色綉麗的地區，包括水清沙幼的海灘，偏遠村莊，自然遠足徑，水塘，連綿起伏及陡峭的山巒。
比賽分為兩大組別：超馬 - 58公里和山地馬拉松 - 36公里，限時分別為13小時和8小時。

由於政府對長距離越野跑賽事的審批限制，此賽事現在是今年舉辦的最長距離越野跑賽。 所以這將是難得的機會去參加長距離越野比賽，為2023年的100公里或168公里賽事做準備！！

Being one of the races in Asia Trail Master Series, “Ultramarathon de Sai Kung 2022” will be held in the Sai Kung Country Parks on 23^rd Oct. 2022.
The race course covers some of the most beautiful scenery in Hong Kong, including unspoilt beaches, remote villages, nature trails, reservoirs, undulating and steep hills.
There are two main categories in the race: Ultramarathon - 58km and Mountain Marathon – 36km with time limit 13 hours and 8 hours respectively.

Due to the government’s restrictions for approving long distance trail running events, it is now the longest distance trail running event to be held this year. So it will be a good opportunity to participate in a long distance physical race for preparing those 100km or event 168km races in 2023!!


參加比賽要求

1. 所有參賽者都必須完全接種冠狀病毒病(COVID-19)疫苗（即在比賽日前 14 天接種三劑）。
2. 所有參賽者必須在比賽開始前 48 小時內進行 COVID-19 聚合酶鏈反應 (PCR) 測試並提供陰性的檢測結果。
3. 所有參賽者必須在比賽當天進行快速抗原檢測（RAT），並在檢測結果上寫上自己的名字。 他們需要向出發區的負責安全和衛生的工作人員展示測試結果的圖片。
4. 所有參賽者須於活動當日出示疫苗接種記錄及檢測結果以備查驗。
5. 所有參賽者必須填寫及提交由主辦機構提供的健康聲明。
6. 所有參賽者在賽事當天進入賽場前或在賽事前兩天使用最新版本的二維碼驗證掃描器領取比賽包時，均需出示 「疫苗通行證」，以確保僅 “藍碼” 參賽者有資格參加比賽。

Race Entry Requirements

1. All runners must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (i.e. receiving THREE doses 14 days before the event day).
2. All runners are required to take COVID-19 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test and provide validated negative results within 48 hours before the start of the race.
3. All runners must conduct rapid antigen test (RAT) on the event day with their names written on the test device. They need to show the pictures of testing result to the Safety and Hygiene Officers at the start area.
4. All runners are required to show the vaccination records and test results on the event day for checking as and when required.
5. All runners must submit a health declaration that is provided by the Organiser.
6. All runners are required to follow the prevailing "Vaccine Pass" arrangement implemented by the Government and show the "Vaccine Pass" to the Safety and Hygiene Officers at the start area on the event day.
