Time Limit: Swimmers must complete the race in under 1 hour or you may be removed from the water. Breaststroke is not allowed. 時限: 泳手必須在一小時內完成比賽或你會被大會帶走。

Registration from 6am at VRC, Deep Water Bay with briefing to swimmers at 7:20am before walking to Repulse Bay for 8am race start, finish back at the VRC.
早上6時在域多利遊樂會進行登記，簡介會會於7時20分在深水灣進行，然後步行至淺水灣。比賽8時開始，而終點會在深水灣的域多利遊樂會。
