Pre-registration application

Pre-registration is applicable to all registrations other than Charity places.
All dates and times mentioned below refer to Hong Kong time.

1. Applicants must be at least 18 years old on race day: Saturday 14 January 2017.
2. Pre-registrations will not be allowed on behalf of others. All pre-registrations must be applied for using a unique e-mail address.
3. Duplicate applications will not be allowed and such applications will be deemed invalid.
4. With the exception of Charity places, all applicants must pre-register online between 9:00 on Friday 9 September 2016 and 21:00 on Tuesday 13 September 2016.
5. A non-refundable payment of HK$100 is required as a pre-registration application fee. The full proceeds, after deduction of third party payment processing charges, will be donated to charity by HK100. Pre-registrations without payment will be ignored.
6. Volunteers who supported HK100 in 2016 and those who have participated in all (6) previous editions of the race will be guaranteed successful pre-registration application, upon payment of the pre-registration application fee, subject to verification. For the avoidance of doubt, anyone who wishes to be considered for a guaranteed place must apply via the pre-registration process - and subsequently complete registration - in the same way as other applicants.
7. For all other pre-registered applicants, a ballot will be drawn, which will be conducted in accordance with the rules about allocation of places.
8. All pre-registered applicants - whether successful or not - will be notified on Tuesday 20 September 2016 about the result of their application by email to their given email address.   
9. Successful applicants will need to complete registration before 21:00 on Monday 26 September 2016, including payment of an entry fee (HK$1500), in order to confirm registration. If registration is not confirmed within this time frame, the application will be considered forfeit. 

預先登記程序

所有申請者必須進行預先登記 (慈善名額除外)。

以下所列之日期及時間為香港時間。 

1.     申請者必須於比賽當日最少年滿18歲，也就是2017年1月14日(星期六)。
2.     不可由他人代為進行預先登記程序。每一預先登記必須以獨立的電子郵件地址來進行。
3.     不可重覆申請；所有申請，一旦重覆，即告無效。
4.     除慈善名額外，所有申請者必須於2016年9月9日(星期五)上午9時正至2016年9月13日(星期二)下午9時正於網上進行預先登記。
5.     每位申請者需繳付港幣100元作預先登記費並不作退款。此費用於扣除第三方收取之處理費後，將由香港100撥捐作慈善用途。所有未作繳費之預先登記將不作處理。
6.     2016年賽事義工及連續6屆之香港100參加者，在完成預先登記程序及繳費後，一經核實，將保證獲得參賽資格。為免誤會，相關參加者如希望獲得此參賽資格的保證，必須像其他參賽者般，進行並完成預先登記程序。
7.     其他預先登記者，主辦單位將根據“名額分配”之規章，以抽籤形式編配參賽名額。
8.     所有申請者，不論成功與否，將會於2016年9月20日(星期二)通過  提供的電郵地址獲得電郵通知。
9.     成功獲得參賽名額者，必須於2016年9月26日(星期一) 下午9時正前完成報名程序，包括繳付參賽費用港幣1500元，以確認參賽資格。如申請者未能於上述時間完成報名程序，將喪失參賽資格。
